Elizabeth’s Simply Steamed Asparagus
Put a small amount of water in the bottom of a corningware dish. Wash asparagus; cut off the woody ends. Place asparagus in dish. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cover with glass cover. Steam in microwave on high for about 7 minutes.
